At Triad Leadership Group, we provide professional coaching, training, and consulting to equip your leadership team to align day-to-day activities with your long-term goals and vision. Our ideal clients are primarily Southern California mid-sized companies and non-profit organizations in the health and human services sectors.

Creating Leadership Legacies

Triad Leadership Group’s vision is to positively influence private and non-profit executives and their mid-management teams in the development and implementation of leadership skills that will transform visions into enduring leadership legacies.   

Our mission is to facilitate executives and their teams in the creation of inspirational, people-serving visions, then narrowing that vision by focusing on implementing bite-sized pieces of the puzzle through training and coaching, with the goal of creating personal and business leadership legacies.

Leadership legacies should not be an after-thought. In fact, we strive to help organizational leaders start at any age (the younger, the better) to realize the huge impact they will have on their employees and their organization in their daily interactions and decisions they make. We help individuals and teams create a Legacy Blueprint as a way to be thoughtful and intentional about the kind of impact they want to have for personal and organizational success.

We will be straightforward with our experience and leadership expertise. A key part of training and coaching is empowering the client who in all cases knows much more about the details of your business than we do. At the same time, you are accountable to us for completing agreed upon learning assignments, action plans, relationships, etc.

John Gardner, Founder, Executive Director

John Gardner is Founder and Executive Director of Triad Leadership Group.  He has over 50 years of executive level management and leadership experience primarily in the healthcare industry to include hospital administration, physician practice management and skilled nursing & rehab services. Gardner earned his MBA degree and is a Life Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is a former member of Toast Masters. He currently helps mid-sized company leadership teams in Southern California grow personally and as a team to achieve heightened performance and optimized margins and profits.

In all of his years of leading, he has daily sought God’s wisdom, protection, mercy and favor to accomplish His purposes for His glory. He is also Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Mission Effectiveness, a program of Christian Foundation of America. Through the Center for Mission Effectiveness, his God-sized vision is to help Christian service organizations be more effective in the services they provide and help Christian donors be more effective in their stewardship. He deploys proven strategies for: leadership / board, operations, community engagement, service delivery, donor engagement, ministry, and impact. 

John is a Certified member of the (John) Maxwell Leadership Team for coaching, mentoring and training, and also serves on the Board of Directors for Rescue Mission Alliance and is an Elder Emeritus of Calvary Community ChurchHe is particularly interested in helping young people and the next generation of business leaders begin to intentionally develop a positive leadership legacy for themselves.
