At Triad Leadership Group, we provide professional coaching, training, and consulting to equip your leadership team to align day-to-day activities with your long-term goals and vision. Our ideal clients are primarily Southern California mid-sized companies and non-profit organizations in the health and human services sectors. 

Our clients may sense the need to accelerate their business, or realize they have hit a wall, or have reached their ceiling in their ability to grow—or realize they need to create a succession plan. They may need help organizing and prioritizing new and increased demands. Without transforming their individual leaders and the leadership team, they will never solve these problems or realize their vision. 

At Triad Leadership Group we work as your leadership TEAM COACH not just with the chief executive, but with the executive as part of the team—like a quarterback. Creating Leadership Legacies

Triad Leadership Group’s vision is to positively influence private and non-profit executives and their mid-management teams in the development and implementation of leadership skills that will transform visions into enduring leadership legacies.   

Our mission is to facilitate executives and their teams in the creation of inspirational, people-serving visions, then narrowing that vision by focusing on implementing bite-sized pieces of the puzzle through training and coaching, with the goal of creating personal and business leadership legacies.

Leadership legacies should not be an after-thought. In fact, we strive to help organizational leaders start at any age (the younger, the better) to realize the huge impact they will have on their employees and their organization in their daily interactions and decisions they make. We help individuals and teams create a Legacy Blueprint as a way to be thoughtful and intentional about the kind of impact they want to have for personal and organizational success.

A – accountability: 
We are committed to the concept of under-promising and over-delivering. We make no pretense of being perfect or knowing-it-all. We will be straightforward with our experience and leadership expertise. A key part of training and coaching is empowering the client who in all cases knows much more about the details of your business than we do. At the same time, you are accountable to us for completing agreed upon learning assignments, action plans, relationships, etc.
D – dynamic:
 Constant change—flexible—constantly assessing, correcting but at the same time creating stable, calm-in-the-storm leaders who are trained and committed to proven leadership principles that will stand the test of time.

John Gardner, Founder, Executive Director

Starting as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force John has held senior level leadership positions, primarily within the dynamic healthcare industry. Throughout his entire career, he has focused on coaching and mentoring as the most effective ways to guide individuals and teams to optimal performance and business success. In 2018, John completed extensive training with the John Maxwell Team resulting in his certification as a speaker, coach, workshop trainer, and a certified trainer for the widely respected DISC assessment tool. John founded Triad Leadership Group in 2018 in order to attract like-minded business leaders who are prepared to share their experiences to help business leaders transform their personal and business visions into personal and business legacies. John has had senior level responsibilities in public and mid-sized companies, a non-profit with 1,000 employees, and has been a “hock your house” entrepreneur. He has an MBA degree and is a Life Fellow in the American Healthcare Executives Association. He has been on several boards and alliances/advisory councils and has been an active member of Toastmasters International. John lives in Camarillo, CA, with his high school sweetheart bride of 53 years and is blessed to have his two adult children and seven grandchildren living within 10 minutes of them.
